The no evil/both evil and the bags mods sound interesting and very useful, idk how I've never heard of them

Oh and btw this video is more like a default modpack for any modded playthrough too

I remember I didn't use recipe browser for my first playthrough and instead used the guide lol. my friend then told me about the mod and I must say it makes everything so much easier especially as I missed like 3/4 of the weapons in the mod the first time I played

i reccoment the "calamity loot swap" mod too its amazing, it lets you swap boss drops with another drop, also fargo with mutant mod is also another great QoL mod, lets not forget about imksushi mod too :) (currently the imksushi addon mod dosent work on 1.5 calamity, imksushi itself does work tho, it also allows you to make the game less grindy by swapping loot but since it wont work with calamity loot i also reccoment the calamity loot swap mod i mentioned earlier with it)

I don’t find yet another health bar really necessary as calamity has a decent health bar already and 2 health bars makes it a bit messy, but if i remember correctly you can disable the calamity one in mod config

Another thing I recommend is downloading the 64 bit version of t-mod loader if your comp is able to. Lets you use all the ram you want.

There's a mod that boosts vanilla weapon damage when calamity is enabled, so they dont become obselete.
