I have the concept of using actions basically understood. Its just that I have found it (Photoshop) tries to MOVE the layers from my psd to the next document(which fails every time once I finish recording and try to use it)

Also tried making the 2 groups of layers(text & graphic) into a smart object. It had the same result.

I seemingly ran out of text on my previous post but the last line should have said:
Windows XP 32 bit is the OS and I have both CS5 and CS6 installed both x32.

Is it possible via Photoshop CS5/CS6 to set an action to copy a group of layers(in this case they are layers found in a particular psd file)?

What I want to do is copy the 2 groups of layers(like 7 TEXT layers + 1 image) to every single picture(300+ pictures total).

The layers are sectioned by two:
1 section has "Seasons Greetings"
The other section says "Compliments of

What I want is to have that done for ALL 300+ images as a batch process rather than doing them 1 by 1.

WinXP.

In my Batch options I can only select Default Actions, I don't have the Egypt option. What should I do?
