True. I had a fiance' that asked if she could work in a bar since I was stuck working nights. I said that's not a good idea and I'd be happy if she just kept her day job. She later confessed she'd been working there without my knowing. The lack of respect and lying ruined our relationship in short order.

Exactly. The fact a woman even asks means she's already done. If you refuse she'll just do it behind your back anyway. It's like women asking for an open relationship, she's already cheating on you, she just wants permission so she doesn't have to deal with the trouble of hiding it.

Reminds me of when I found out from a co-worker that my now X-wife was taking our 3 month son with her into the bar and by the way she was a recovering alcholic and drug addict. I left work and went straight home and caught her as she was leaving. She TOLD me she was going and I said that was fine, but don't bother coming back here again. I put myself between her and our son and turned my back to her. She hit me in the back so hard that she lost her balance and fell backwards against the wall and then called the cops and said I assaulted her. I told the police and the social worker what had actually happened and fortunatly they had both already heard about her taking my baby into the bar so she didn't get away with her lies. My son is grown up now and still won't have anything to do with her.

I've had a similar conversation like this with my wife. Not as "organic" but still. Lol. Her question was a hypothetical one where it was like "would you ever allow me to go out to club with friends in the future?" I jokingly said "sure... sure..." and then I flipped it on her. Would you be OK with ME going out to the club without you? So she understood. Nawmsayin?

Edit: this was a couple years ago and we had bunch of hypothetical scenarios cuz you know. Women. Anyways, she knows I don't phukk around and am fully prepared to leave her ass if she comes at me with that BS. she comes from a traditional family BTW.
