Hi my name is Danielle, welcome to my True Crime and Makeup series! I’ve been interested in true crime for the longest time now, what started with me watching true crime on TV with my Nan from a young age eventually turned into studying for a degree in Law & Criminology.
When I first watched Bailey Sarian’s series I was completely hooked, I loved how she had combined two of the things I’m most passionate about and delivered it so well. She totally inspired me to take the leap and do the same thing on my channel, so all credit for the idea goes 100% to her.

Not-so-fun fact: The reason the average lifespan was shown to be so low was due to infant mortality. Lots of babies and little kids died, which dropped the average lifespan when calculating it mathematically. In truth, if you survived childhood, you had a good chance (assuming you didn't die to infection, war, or childbirth) to live well into your 60s or possibly older.

I have a suggestion for a case; I live in South Africa and what's really big right now is the Krugersdorp cult killings. There is an existing book and also there is a documentary coming out about it and a lot of our local Podcasters are covering the case due to inconsistencies in the case and the book (I personally know one one of Podcasters investigating the case) I would be very interested to hear your take on this case because of its... subject matter.
