11-year-old girl arrested following fake 911 abduction report

The sheriff’s office released body camera video of the deputies chastising an 11-year-old girl earlier this month after she falsely texted 911 that her friend had been abducted, according to the sheriff's office.

Omg the policeman were very nice and kind but I really think they should have just sent some girl officer around and had the kid sit down on the sofa and then had a stern chat. I dont think there was a need for handcuffs.

At 11 she's doing something like this, I hate to see what she would do when she gets older, I don't believe she should be arrested in this case but anybody falsifying a police report that could get someone hurt or her killed just to get somebody else in trouble should be charged with a felony this is her one and only chance and never do this again I hope she learns from it do we still have Karen reporting false report everyday and they are not arrested
