A Dyson Swarm kind of structure around the Earth wouldn’t harness escaping energy from the Earth, thus minimising losses? These losses come either from natural causes (sunlight reflecting on Earth’s surface, geothermal activity etc) or from human activities. Isn’t there some logic behind that? Wouldn’t be that a first step before an actual Dyson sphere?

Tbh the story doesn't make sense. Vault tec is the biggest company the world making lots of money already, why go and destroy the world to sell some vault when it makes way more money to sell to the billions of human in earth.. this part pretty much killed the logic of the show. Also, the TV show is mostly based on fallout 3 and 4... not the OG fallout 1 and 2. For that, I am disappointed.

The show needs to do a better job of explaining the fallout world. How do you expect the audience to know about what the brotherhood of steel does and that's one of your main characters in the show who is part of the brotherhood of steel.
