I really enjoyed this meditation, it felt very relaxing. I've been reading Dick Swartz's book and learning to unburden some parts - but still having lots of symptoms. In somatic work, they say the symptoms are the result of an overprotective crocodile brain that turns on Fight/Flight or Freeze/Shutdown for too long. I've recovered 80% from CFS/ME and fibro symptoms, but some still linger - or come back. But reading IFS parts can carry some of this pain or symptoms. If I continue this work, can that help with bodily symptoms?
