This is a really nice little package. The counters even punched out incredibly smoothly.

My first ZOC bond game. I'm really excited to study this one and get it to the table.

Thank you for this! People do seem to be fitting the map and the counter tray in the box with this one!

With both the mounted and paper map in the box, and of course, no counter sheet, you can get ONE GMT counter tray into the box, without a millimeter to spare. With only one counter sheet, one GMT counter tray might even be overkill. Oh, and no room left over for the 1D6.

An interesting game mechanic: in order to increase the amount of units each side has, to cover the front line, have a reserve, and simulate that perhaps not all battalions of a regiment arrived at the same time, one or two regiments/brigades of each division have a strength around 1/3 less than the full strength regiments/brigades, with an additional battalion counter that can be tasked somewhere away from the main unit.

Nice video, looks great. I really like this game series ( though Stalingrad 42) is the only one I've ever played 😎

I realize they weren't designed for this, but wonder if anyone has ever tried to integrate a back-to-back play of Stalingrad42-Ukraine 43? Not sure what the historical time gap there is between the two simulations...

Did I hear "Brazilian" force was involved?😮

I have bought this one, but I really can't help but feel that this is half (or even a third?) of a game? To paraphrase Winston, perhaps "never before in Simonitch history have so many paid so much for so little". Surely, with the addition of one or two more maps and countersheets, this game could have covered so much more of the Italian campaign? I feel like this is almost GMT adopting the Warfighter approach to selling games. Maybe it's just me, but
