Microsoft Sync Tutorial - Ford Technology

This video shows you how to use the Sync system to its full potential. The Microsoft Sync system has so many features included that many people may not even be aware of all it is capable of! We show you how to pair a phone, stream audio, etc. Also, this video will show you how to use other features such as the radio, information system, and other technology included in your Ford vehicle.

Thanks for the video. I own a 2013 Ford C-Max. The dashboard is very similar to the car in the video. But I have problems trying to connect the phone to the car’s Bluetooth, and all the Bluetooth related buttons are ineffective and do not work. Where is the problem and what should I do?
