Maybe you can help. I have a 2009 Fiesta, and it doesn't recognise the names on my phone when I try to call them with voice commands. The car's menu is english, but the voice command is german (because the car is from there). I tried many times with different accents and very simple names, but it can't recognise any of them. Maybe you know what can be the problem?

My 2017 Fusion will not allow me to make calls while driving. It use to, then now it won't.

Everytime I connect with snyc and my wife tries to call me it tells her the person you are calling has restrictions.
