I figure the coaches see things I don’t and often give me pointers to keep me from getting injured. In that respect, I definitely appreciate my CF coaches. At this stage my coaches are often in the other camp with me, they are telling me I can do more weight than I feel like I can do, and more often than not they are right; that is push me to be uncomfortable. I think for me the best coaching often is the debrief after a workout. I don’t have a problem with being coached even by those who are young enough to be my son or daughter. Be moldable, be coachable - not just a CF mantra a life lesson for all parts of life.
