One build I've considered is prankster klefki. Having priority screens is always good plus it also has priority twave, metal sound even though it's not the most reliable, trick room, and misty terrain if that actually ends up being useful at all. You can swap twave for iron defense if youre running trick room. It does have calm mind draining kiss if it needs to heal. Only downside is that it can't heal the team outside of heal cheer.

Magearna will probably be the best solo build choice, but with these legendary raids like with Mewtwo, they're almost impossible solo even with an ideal counter. Taunt feels like it's going to be vital this raid.

Wish I could get a maghearna, maybe some other time. I think my 13 yo built a zacian for this raid, I'm probably going to use azumaril or sylveon since I already have them and haven't really built anything else for a while. With it being a five star I'm not too concerned about it though. Going to be interesting to see what kinds of moves this raid boss has when it starts

I was thinking Flutter Mane could work but it relies on its ability which you can’t use because Rayquaza doesn’t let you put the sun and holding the booster energy prevents you from using a better item. But I wonder if you could make it work without the ability.
