How ANYONE can Dominate in DCS (You're wasting time not doing this)

I show what is in my opinion the best server for beginners / anyone in DCS World, the DCS Dogfighters server cluster. They are all PVP and have a large variety of arenas. The DCS Dogfighters server holds the key to you learning faster than everyone else whilst also having more fun. you can do BVR, short range (fox-2) missiles and guns only fights without the mess around of starting your jet, and transiting. you spawn in and get straight into the action

To find the DCS Dogfighters Server in DCS Search "dogfighters" at the mulitplayer server list.

You're aussie so you share (in another video) the pain of high ping but the way you've changed the game to me as a new player is excellent. I was worried about learning all the startup, taxi, take off routines and THEN learning the fighting part. as soon as i got the cold start for the phantom down i hopped right into PVP team battles on dogfighters with my mediocre simply monitor setup and that alone has gotten me more experience with PVP dogfights in the 2 hours ive been on the server than the almost 200 hours of the rest of my DCS playtime

I remember every one of the handful of kills I've gotten on the warbirds servers, as well as the couple on ECW. Incredibly rewarding. Have never checked out a server like Dogfighters... might fun!

Coming from IL2 I agree, PvP is the only place to git gud at PvP.... AIs never reflect human player skills and behavior... AI can be used as warmup to hone aiming- do 20 minutes of fighting bots and then hit a dogfight server.

Such has always been the way back to Air Warrior in 1992 (for me, on Genie) 4261 btw. The key thing to learn is the importance of situational awareness. As important as knowing the aircraft and its systems and more so to actually landing kills. In AW took me about a year to get a positive KD ratio. And I had played all of the single player Air Combat Simulators up to that time.
