I went through the same process when we visited Paris FRANCE. I did not have difficulty cause I submitted all the necessary papers required. I was not interview anymore, yes I also had a visa for UK through VFS, AND IT TOOK 15 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE VISA WAS ISSUED.

Update: Applied via NED 3.17, received my visa by 3.21. :D It is my fourth visa in six years. Got two years. (woot) I guess it's really fast nowadays.

I would like to correct 17:13 when you said that you can go in and out of Europe unli or unlimited on a multiple entry. Please take note that multiple entry visa has a RULE. A multiple-entry Schengen visa permits its holder to go in and out of the Schengen Area as many times as he or she wants, as soon as they do not violate the 90/180 rule. Which means they do not remain in the Schengen zone longer than 90 days, within 180 days. I know this because I frequently fly in and out of Europe using a 4 year multiple entry visa.

13:12 totoo. Nung pagpasok namin sa austria, tinanong kami nung immigration officer kung ilang araw kami sa schengen zone, anu-ano pupuntahan naming countries at kailan exit namin. Parang highlevel lang naman yung need niyang answer. Tinitignan lang niya kung dadaan kami sa germany which is yung nagbigay ng schengen visa sa amin and lalabas kami sa schengen zone before our visa expires. Pero feeling ko, one wrong amswer, di kami papapasukin. 🤣 Tsaka pulis o federal officers yung nasa immigration gates nila sa europe. 😅

I beg to disagree, been to Europe many time and Schengen visa must be gotten at entry country AND STAY must be longer compared to other countries to be visited. Because when i applied online on my 3rd European trip, after thr online submission, got to call for personal appearance schedule & was asked how Come I applied at Embassy of Germany when I'm staying longer in Austria. I asked if I ougt to submit a new one znd was told I can just write over the number of days in Germany & Austria but taking note of the revised dates in my hotel bookings and itineraries. I was given multiple visa because of several countries I'd go to. (1st trip was a Filipino travel agency package so I didn't apply for it; 2nd was England only applied through VFS). After this 3rd trip, UK (not Schengen to London (applied through VFS), Scotland (Glasgow), & Ireland- Belfast only. If going to Dublin must have Schengen).

My husband is an EU citizen, he lives and work in France. So I applied for a visa to visit him since 7th November 2022.... But still now whenever I track it says the application is still in processing at the I’m very worried
