How to apply for K-ETA(Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) Full information

News flash: Having to apply for an ETA is the same as requiring a visa. This is not "visa-free" or "visa exempt". Who are you trying to fool?

I applied for a K-ETA. I had to queue with the rest of the people who used a paper form. And i paid for K-ETA while the paper form is free.

I don't get it. Korea usually is more logical and efficient than this.

This is not convenient or quick. I've spent hours trying to upload the address of my hotel and it just doesn't work. I've tried other hotel addresses because switching hotels would be my easiest option, but none of them work. I've emailed an agent three times to help me, but they don't answer. It seems the problem is the format of the address, but I have no idea how to correct that. All I want is to stay one night in Seoul on my way to Bali, but unless someone can help me with this, I'll have to cancel the ticket at a significant cost.

i can't upload my photo..have a prob with 'large size file'..converted my photo to reduce the size but still failed..already snap so many angles, changed into diff outfits n adjust the lighting, still failed.. how to fix this?😪

Oh my goodness!!! I have tried to do this 100 times! Every time I get to the passport picture I take the picture and it says it has been accepted but it closes out the app, goes black, or does nothing and will not let me move forward. Anyone else have this problem?

TAKE CARE. At the end of the K-ETA application, it says :"you will get the result within 72 HOURS and sometimes more" So, do not wait the last minute to apply !!!!

It does NOT make sense to ask for the address and phone number in Korea!!! How am I supposed to get a PHONE NUMBER if I'm not even there yet?!?

I just applied and got approved but my mistake is I was not able to include my twin girls aged 3 years old. Will they be denied if I apply them themselves or I have to restart my application and include them. Any information?

Trying to fill this out now. It is neither fast nor easy. The website is crap and keeps kicking me out/crashing/pages freezing. Been at it for almost two hours, finally got to the payment page, and of course, it froze up and I have to start over again. This process is an effing nighmare.

My keta got denied again 🤡 I really hate this system embassy saying “our system is working you just making mistakes” are you kidding me? I applied 5 time and I’m sure all information is correct but system keep giving denied to me! What’s the fucking reason!?
