How to apply for Ausbildung in Germany | Apprenticeship program in Germany | Get paid as you Study

Ausbildung, is a vocational training or apprenticeship, is a profession-related education leading you towards a specific job. You study and gain work experience. Germany has more than 300 vocational occupations; for each, you can find an Ausbildung program. Every program has different requirements and different salaries. You need to begin with the application at least 6 months before the beginning because it can take time processing all the documents.
The school needs:
B2 German certificate ( For some you can submit later)
Annerkennung( the school writes a letter so that it is granted)
Motivation letter
Application form
School certificates
Proof of Work experience (FSJ or Aupair) or its equivalents

Annerkennung Stelle(Freistaat Bayern or other )
All educational documentation from highschool to college( even if you didn't finish)/ Transcripts
Translated and Beglaubigt copies
CV
Copy of ID & Passport

Ausländerbehorde
B1 German cert
Antrag auf Aufenthalt
Stellenschreibung
Ausbildung Vertrag

Confusing. Do you need to translate your documents into German before taking it for the Beglaubigung? And after the Beglaubigung must the documents be notarized or what?? Or the notarisation is same as the Beglaubigung?
