Thanks it worked for me prior to this I restarted laptop, went into task manager to refresh or restart window explorer, cleared history, and normally all of that works but I still had the issue of 3 webpages not wanting to fully load in incognito. I tried this and it worked.

cmd isn't showing up for me and chrome literally takes 11 minutes to load up and whenever it does load up the whole thing is white and it doesn't work.

my wifi speed is 100 mbps and i get good internet on my mobile phones but not in pcs (mostly 1 or 2 mbps) but i get very good download speed in bit torrent and telegram downloads (around 10 mbps download speed) and i dont no why it happens can u help me in this matter
