- It is a personal seek. It is subjective.
- Examples for some people:
flow state, satisfaction, feel of contentment,
- The definition keeps evolving.
- Happiness is a default state. What's there when you remove the feelings that something is missing, the desires, the craves, plans, regrets. Happiness is the absence of desire
- Happiness is the state where nothing is missing, and hence your mind is calmed. There is internal silence. There is contentment.
- It is difficult to be happy by just thinking and doing positive things. Because there is always a negative thought bonded to the positive. It is all duality and polarity.
• If you say I'm happy, then you imply that there are moments in which you are sad. If you say someone is attractive, that implies that someone else is unattractive (zero-sum game) ---- Every positive thought, has a negative aspect implied!
- Fewer desires, Happier Life.
- More acceptance/embracing of the present moment -- More Happiness/Contentment (e.g./ children are a good example of humans living in the present)
- Tips...
• Lowering your sense of self.
• Realize life is just the way it is. It doesn't care about your desires nor expectations of how things should be.

All works of commentary, reviewing, video editing and (many times) the mixing of different content sources do come from this channel's creativity. Thus, I believe there is a "transformation of value" from any particular raw audio source, making it a stronger case for "fair use" right. Also, I believe this video is supportive to the owners of the audio source contents, as it helps to spread their invaluable message in a positive way. But in any case, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, if any owner do not want their content to be featured in this video, please contact me :)
