A habit is a solution to a recurrent problem - James Clear
- Good to free up thinking space for the cognitive part of the brain -- To solve new problems
- We need habits to function in life
- Issue with habits --- We tend to tie our identities to them.
• So, is important to be detached from your habits -- So that we can see them from a distance, evaluate them and see if they are serving us positively (makes me happier, healthier, accomplished...) or not. The ones that don't, we can drop them and add new better ones.
- Be deliberate about your habits --- Consciously choose them.
- e.g./ A habit worthy to break:
* The mind's uncontrolled thinking
--- James Clear ----
Master the Art of Showing Up...
By doing the little things of a given activity, you "become" the kind of person who does that specific activity. Then, once you have built that foundation/habit, you can start optimizing or going beyond.

All works of commentary, reviewing, video editing and (many times) the mixing of different content sources do come from this channel's creativity. Thus, I believe there is a "transformation of value" from any particular raw audio source, making it a stronger case for "fair use" right. Also, I believe this video is supportive to the owners of the audio source contents, as it helps to spread their invaluable message in a positive way. But in any case, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, if any owner do not want their content to be featured in this video, please contact me :)
