A habit is a solution to a recurrent problem - James Clear

- Good to free up thinking space for the cognitive part of the brain -- To solve new problems

- We need habits to function in life

- Issue with habits --- We tend to tie our identities to them.
• So, is important to be detached from your habits -- So that we can see them from a distance, evaluate them and see if they are serving us positively (makes me happier, healthier, accomplished...) or not. The ones that don't, we can drop them and add new better ones.

- Be deliberate about your habits --- Consciously choose them.

- e.g./ A habit worthy to break:
* The mind's uncontrolled thinking

Master the Art of Showing Up...

By doing the little things of a given activity, you "become" the kind of person who does that specific activity. Then, once you have built that foundation/habit, you can start optimizing or going beyond.

Also, I believe this video is supportive to the owners of the audio source contents, as it helps to spread their invaluable message in a positive way. description of a habitual person :

as human beings are the creature of habits, as young children are born with no habits loop and then habituated themselves to think and learn patterns and they get conditioned and they use that to get through everyday life

but we also unconciouslly pick up habits at the background and and we keep them for decades and we may not realize that are bad for us, in some extend as our happiness levels, depresion levels, mood, they are also habits and you absolutlly needs habits to function to solve problems and you cannot solve eevery problem in life as if it the first time the problem throw to you

but what we do is we accumulate all of these habits and put them in the bundle of identity, ego such as shame, devol etc and it is important to uncondition yourself and take your habits apart

a habit has to be established before it can be improved, until you become a person that shows up every day, that is nothing to optimize, we are busying about figuring out the best plan/bussiness idea, the optimal way, but we dont do the thing that is fundamental to all of it which is just to showing up
