ASUS laptop completely freezes

The gaming laptop I recently purchased freezes completely at random times, including the external mouse, keyboard, as well as the mouse pad. I've tried waiting, but it does not seem to respond, as the only applicable option was to restart by using the power button.

For anyone wondering, there is no solution for this. It will get worse and worse (more frequent). If you still have warranty, take a video while it happens and send it to warranty. They will return it saying they couldn't reproduce it, but keep sending it with proof, eventually they'll have to replace it or give your money back. If you don't have warranty, use it while you still can, but it will become a brick at some point. I did numerous VERY ADVANCED tests SW/HW, nothing shows issue, it's like some hardware component on the motherboard that is failing. I have a G533QR with AMD. It can happen only Intel also (happened on a previous intel asus). Summary: DON'T BUY ASUS!

I am really surprised to see the people getting scared over a comment in the comment section .
This problem is totally fixable and easy if you live in a city where you have a good market of computer and laptops ... I live in Kolkata and fixed this problem completely... You just have to install a new windows or format the existing windows ... But don't do it yourselves ... It will cost around 800 INR ... And it's Completely FIXABLE ... DON'T PANIC guys

(PROBLEM SOLVED) if you have a Asus tuf a17 and you are experiencing this after you installed an extra nvme SSD and a extra ram, your main culprit is the ram ! Ram is faulty, even if you didn't get extra ram, change the ram

I had an Asus laptop earlier. It had this problem. What is weird is that it only happened while I was browsing Reddit. (I know, weird). Now I have another new Asus laptop. (similar to yours) This one also freezed one or two times after a year. But this is very odd because it happens ONLY when I am using Reddit. Specifically, when closing posts on the old reddit website. Like as soon as when I click the close button, it freezes.

I’ve never in my life had a single laptop, iPad, iPhone / phone etc that doesn’t freeze sometimes.
