It seem in bootloop, something is cousins that like the power button making bat contact and always pressing making the laptop starting over and over again

Solution :- press f12 two three times and then it will open trouble shoot delete latest updates or change the operating system and it will fix the problem 😊

Type =windows + press turn off or on button for 5secs and will off then again so the same for 4 ses then it will restart and enjoy your laptop, I know this because I have the same laptop 💻 hope this helps u
