Asus notebook - videos keep freezing

Asus 50ie - I have sent my laptop to Asus for repairs twice now and the same problem continues. So frustrated, can anyone tell what is wrong with it from the video?

This recently started happening to me! But it only does it at my apartment and not at my parent's house. I'm soo bloody confused!

this happens on a brand new machine form Asus I bought here in 2018.

Try too update your Windows it got solved for me when i updated the important updates good luck(:
