I just started drinking 2 liters a day. Got a 2 liter water bottle and make sure to finish it. I'm drinking less juice and soda as a result. Also have noticed better energy levels.

I’ve drunk 2 litres of water everyday for about 6 years.I don’t even think about it now..it’s just part of my daily routine.

I actually drank a gallon of water a day in March because I was bored in quarantine and I was happy and hydrated my skin was clear and I lost some weight too and my hair was healthy

Speaking of this, I've started Two months ago drinking about 2 liters of water (or somedays less) everyday and to be honest, I've had lots of pimples on my face and body before that so when i started drinking the 2 liters of water everyday for about two week later i started to realize most of the pimples on my body have gone away😇😇i was so exiting about my body knowing that i didn't have to be insecure about my pimples on my body anymore. And then about 3-4 weeks i notice my face was also starting to clear up (most people are still telling me that) And normally i was so insecure about my pimples on my face i was even scared to look at people when they are talking to be especially when they're closed up to me. and till this day am drinking water and less sweets.

And if your wondering about my weight, Well i am always a skinny person (well not that skinny) But am proud of that🥺🥺Because even if your overweight or skinny people are still going to judge you and say "oh she's skinny" or "oh she's fat" and that's one of the thing i started realizing in life.🥰🥰

and if your a person who has pimples and dont know how or why you have it or what to do to kind of...slow it down😂HERES SOME TIPS!!

Reasons Why You MIGHT Have Pimples.
😩😩😩😩😩
1: Eating/Drinking lots of stuffs with sweets, salt, oil, fat- etc
2: Not washing your hair for too long🥱Your hair is greasy it NEEDS TO BE WASHED
3: having your hand in your face all the time (just try to avoid that habit)😂YOUR HAND IS STILL DIRTY NO MATTER IF YOU WASH IT atleast 1% of germs is still on it
4: sleeping on dirty pillows/sheets for too longg UGH C'MON ITS GOING INTO YOOUR PORES ALL THOSE DIRT
5: ALSO HAVING YOUR HAIR IN YOUR FACE ALSO GOING INTO YOUR PORES CAUSING A BREAKOUT
6: putting anything on your face🙄oh lord STOP DOING THAT
7:Going in the sun too much😐😐okay..so sweat isnt good for your face its also dripping from your head to your face LOL if you know what i mean😭😭
8: dont wear dirty clothes over and over and

HERES A BETTER ROUTINE/HABIT
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
1: Start drinking atleast 8 glasses of water each day try to avoid sweets ATLEAST DONT EAT/DRINK too much
2: wash your hair every 2-3 weeks
3: put your hands on your side, desk, laps, shoulder OR JUST FOLD IT
4: change your pillow case at least every week, and change your sheet atleast every 9 days
5: try not to have your hair in your face, have it in a bun or ponytail or someways to not having it in your face
6: dont just put anything in your face ew, DO WHATS RIGHT
7: TRY to AVOID going into the SUN too much. IF YOU WANNA TAKE A LITTLE GOT GIRL SELFIE IN THE SUN JUST DO IT DAMN😩😩
8:wash your face when you feel like its greasy or it needs to be washed
9: get a bath morning, day, night OR 12:00 in the morning- 8:00 at night✌✌✌😣

A good rule of thumb and a base line guide I’ve always used is I drink half my body wieght in oz’s (US). Plus more on higher intensity training days.

Some days I do good but when I'm really busy, working on projects or deadlines... I simply forget. I've tried the alert bells but I snooze and forget then get off track with consumption. I've got to do better. Thanks for this reminder about the reasons I'm probably sluggish on the days I really need to be all in. More water please!!

I Drink 1 Liter of Water During the Morning Hours (9:00am-10:00am), and another Liter in the Afternoon (1:00pm-2:00pm), every day, even in the Winter Cold Days, I always Drink It Cold (Summer or Winter), in the Summer Days I Drink more than 2 Liters, my Body asks for 3 Liters a Day.

I just started in april trying to drink a gallon a day, most days im successful but even if i dont make it i feel great cause its more than i have ever done before, i use to hate drinking water 😣 Glad i ran across this video very helpful

I started gym 4 days ago and also started to drink 1.5 Liters per day and i am feeling very good. Before this, I drinked a lot of Red Bull cans, appromaxitely 4-5 / day and i was feeling very fat, my belly was all time bloated. Now i am feeling elegant and very good. I am 1.75 tall and weight 86.4 kg. I want to go in ideal weight and very beautiful body

I drink 1 liter of water, starting in the morning hours. Refill my bottle, allow time for the water to be cool. Then after noon time, I grab my 1 liter water bottle and drink during the afternoon and finish in the evening. Already seeing my energy levels improve, my skin feels more hydrated. It’s easier for me to keep up with my water intake by this method. I do drink other fluids like tea, just not as much as I use to. I like the results.

Thanks. I learned a long time ago drinking 8 glasses of water a day is beneficial. sadly, I never followed through with that advice. I am going to work on that.

I recently bought a water bottle that holds one litre I find it sooo much easier to get a good amount of water in and I’ve been feeling as good as ever!

I just chug a 1.5L bottle within 10 mins in the morning and then again later in the day. People make it too complicated by trying to drink every hour or whatever.
