Thanks for this. I started cycling fairly recently and my lower back is where I've been feeling it the most. I'm not used to holding that position with a bent back for so long. Is it normal to experience lower back pain? It feels like hypertrophy, not an injury, so I guess the more I cycle and the more flexible I get from these stretches should reduce it over time.
