Wow $2300 for a studio in Williamsburg, in a new building with cool amenities like laundry in unit? (And seems like there's dish washer in kitchen too, and the HVAC system looks pretty modern. At least far better than those century old building where you have to install your own window AC every summer which is a problem on multiple dimensions, while heating can't even be individually controlled from each unit). I'd say it's a great deal! Especially considering that this video was made BEFORE the pandemic. There might be better deals now yeah. But if I'm still in NYC after this pandemic thing and I can still find a similar place at this price I'm taking it
