This New York Tiny-House has an insane view above Manhattan NYC and it comes with its own private wrap around terrace that is exclusively yours… if you’re lucky enough to live here.

Sheesh, it's gotta be a whole different mentality when your reaction to the $6, 200/month for a tiny a partment is "that's it?" Rather thsn "holy shit this much?!"

Sidewalks are public space, you can 100% film anywhere in public with no repercussions

$6200 a month are you serious. Who can afford that? That’s insane

Anyone else appreciate the fact that he shows whats nearby to give you a feel for how it would be like living in the neighborhood?

I am strangely addicted to these videos of apartments in NYC. You have a great sense of humor Cash!

I would have not 👏 even 👏 *acknowledged* 👏 that security guy. That man who came up to you and said "know your rights" was absolutely right! You were on the sidewalk, on public property - you can take pics and vids of whatever if you want!

How can you yell when someone has been living in NY for too long? They think $6200 to live in a box in a dirty city is good.

For NYC, this doesn't seem like a Tiny Box apartment. There are videos of people living in walk in closets on here

I would never live in NYC, but I’m obsessed with these videos. 🤣

I definitely dig the tiny home, just cant imagine paying 6x more than the mortage on my three bedroom home with a huge garage to rent a really cool tiny house apartment in the middle of Manhattan.

You can 100% take pictures of the premises as long as you're on a public street or sidewalk. You seem to have quite frequent battles with them, lol.

First and last apartment are amazing! The first one feels like you have your own private secluded area out of the way of everyone.

In apartment #1, you pay a premium for that huge deck, but it lacks the room size, second bathroom and in-unit laundry of #2. Apartment #3 is set up for near-luxury living for a family with a maid or a mother-in-law who does the cooking, but at a price. My preference would be #2, which could easily be shared. All three are pricey, but they are quality apartments and Charles seems to find clients with deep pockets.

I'll never live in New York or any other large city, if I can help it, but I love your videos. I watch every single one you post. Your comments are so funny. You and Charles make such an awesome team. I get some tiny spaces use and space savings ideas from some of your content. I may wind up living in a small house or tiny house near Seattle some day instead of my 3 bedroom East Coast small town home. So the use of space part of your tours is interesting to me. I think your content had a lot of value even for those of us that are not currently apartment hunting. I love that you tour the neighborhood around the apartments you show. We all get a free tour of parts of New York without having to go there. Anyway..loving the channel, please carry on.

The idea of a tiny house in a house… love that. The tiny house looks so cosy.
On the other side… no trees, no green.

Those prices are insane. I live in a lovely neighborhood with a great view from the third floor, vaulted ceiling, 2 bed 2 bath, large patio, wood burning fireplace, living room, dining room, laundry room and a garage downstairs...and I pay $1600 a month. And I live in the city of the best state. Not mentioning which, cuz too many people are moving here.

I live in Dallas, and when he said that's all when the man said 6200, I almost passed out. But it is a beautiful place.

I love these videos, especially with Charles! The 12-15 min videos are just so much more enjoying too!
