This was one podcast where I literally sat with a notepad and a pen. He sounds like a person with leadership qualities and not just a fitness consultant.

Intermittent Fasting:
As beginner start with 16 hours fasting and 8 hours of eating
Note: change as per your body call
Sleep
Take good sleep
Cut phone before 45 minutes before sleeping
Meditation
Learn to take stress by tagging Problems with Acceptance and Let it go
Just sit silently for 10-15 minutes
Pranayama is mandatory to all
Effective Breathing exercise: Breath in count 10, hold breath count 10 and release breath count 10
Foods: don’ts overeat, wrong time eating, eat mindful, Extract pleasure from food, home food, try out tiffin service instead of home delivery, plastic with hot food releases chemicals which makes hormonal changes
Exercises: Natural anti-depressant, walk 1 hour, cardio, dances, pull ups, pushups, use own body weight for exercise.
Plan 4 things
Right Food
15 minutes Movement/exercise
Prioritize 8 hour Sleep
Added point : surround with right people

I hadn't heard of Luke before but this guy is amazing and a gem. He is already famous as he has high profile clients, but I feel that he should become way more famous especially amongst teenagers so that they can mould their life well.

It Opens The Mind 😲 Thank you Ranveer what a noble cause you are doing for entire nation. Lets summarise it in simple way-:
1.Intermediate Fasting with water if you feel hungry.
2.Sleep 7-8hrs leave Mobile 45 minutes before sleeping
3.Meditation for 20 minutes daily basis.
4.Mental Health Awareness
5. Clinical Depression can be removed with company ok f friends and exercise.
6.Eating Food Conciously
7.Avoid Junk Food
8.Exercise is Mandatory
