as a german the only thing that confuses me so much is why english speakers say Kaiser, especially when referring to the monarchy of germany, it isn't a separate title to emperor, it is the translation to the title of emperor

I feel like this video is rhetorical. Anyone not inherently selfish will support monarchy and even thr selfish would benefit because you earn your status up to a point. A monarch is raised from birth to benefit all and their success is dependant on giving that benefit.
But every other system encourages corruption
