Just an fyi if anybody struggles with the roof part when using the array modification: if your "roof tiles" don't line up next to eachother you can adjust the factor x, y, z under the relative offset to get your 1st copy correct and then they will lay properly.

Quick question, when I render I can see the actual point lights. How can I make the lighting be there without the little dots?
