It was such an intense feeling when I realized that Damon had created the gold cloaks and that they were his boys. They didn't care for the queen at all but they were completely loyal to Lord flea bottom

I started reading the book right after S2 ended. It still made me tear up about Rhaenys and Meleys. Dang it.. 😢 2 years til s3. Sighs.. by then I'll have finished reading all of Game of Thrones books, and the Knights of the Seven Kingdoms will be upon us. I'll get the book to that, too, before that series starts.

One thing is for sure, the Targaryen civil war will have battles that will match those in game of thrones .. looking forward to watching fire & blood. Never thought I would say that after the bad taste left by season 8 of GOT but acceptance has set in.
