Jaehaerys I Targaryen was one of the finest kings of Westeros, no doubt. He build his kingdom with justice, wisdom, mercy and honor. A good contrast to his uncle Maegor the Cruel who was so "strong" and yet burned out so fast.

Idk if anyone has mentioned it but wrath is raath not roth. English people pronounce it like you do but that just their accent.
It just makes me laugh like you heard it from game of thrones and say it like them. Idk what happened or why you say it like that but that's what I think in my head when I hear it. Which is surprisingly a lot in this book
