This happened to me as well. I went to an ATM to withdraw 1, 000. The amount was deducted, but the machine didn't give out the money. I waited for a few days as I knew that the money would be credited in my account in two or three days. After I didn't receive the money, I lodged a complaint with the bank. Eventually, I received my money after almost 50 days, but with the added penalty of 4, 500. I was so happy and hoped the bank would repeat the same mistake again😅.

Sir, we are a senior citizen of India and our age is 66. From last two years we are paying health insurance premium of near 120000/- . On this April i was admitted in hospital for 10 days and applied for reimbursement, but care health insurance company Denied the claim by saying discrepancy in medical record, it was very painful for a senior citizen. Ye log insurance sell karne ke time to bahut calls karte hai par claim ke time ek bhi call nahi karte, maine inko saare docs mail bhi kiye the, but they are care-less. Maine insurance ombudsman ko complaint bhi Kiya hai, main chahta hu ki aap iski video banaye or logo tak pahunchaye., Maine apko complete details mail bhi ki hai

I have seen this video and registered a complaint again my bank after written complaint they took almost 56 days.to return my money I also got compensate amount to withdrawal my complaint thank you.

Remember 1 point for register a complaint you should do mail or lodge a complaint first in your branch and take picture or complaint form

In 2018 Same thing happened with me, and it was also UCO Bank atm. My transaction was 20000. After complaint in RBI ombudsman I was received my money after 1+ year without any interest or compensation.😊

Sir, mere father k saath bhi aisa hi hua tha lekn, SBI bank ka kehna tha ki transaction successful hua hai. Complaint krne k baad bhi kuch nahi hua. Lkn ise hue 2018 Feb me hua tha Kya hm aaj consumer forum me complaint KR sakte hai kya. RS.20000/- ka sawaal hai.
