I’m 49 and had a partial hysterectomy at 41. Just a few months ago started noticing a prolapse of some sort. Started these exercise a week ago, and after only a few days noticed a HUGE difference! Thank you so much! I think for me, this will help me avoid surgery-at least for now.

Tip: It's recommended that pelvic floor exercises are done for 4 months before moving on to other treatments/surgery

Mine just happened last week. I'm going to be 65 soon, this was totally off my radar. I didn't realize it could happen in young women. I'm going to my primary care doctor next week, and she will probably send me to the ob/gyn. I had 3 pregnancies and never had this problem. Well I can start these exercises in the mean time. Thank you for posting these.❤

I'm 45 and have had a vaginal wall prolapse for about 10years. Still inside of me, but need to do these exercises now. I should have been doing them before. I hope I'm in the 50% of women that it helps. 🙏

This video is brilliant! I am by no means post-partum, unless you are talking about a 39 year old baby. I'm 73 and currently dealing with bladder prolapse, urinary retention. So, basically looking for exercises to strengthen pelvic area and NOT make the prolapse any worse than it already is. Thanks to you so much, I look forward to doing this video many times.
