This series of very simple Legs and Abs exercises is accessible for anyone, anywhere you are. Legs and core can be worked by playing with gravity while sitting on a chair. By leaning away or towards your legs, is an effective way to use and stabilise your core as well as engaging the smaller muscles in your legs.
These exercises will even help you with your sitting and standing posture.

I love your videos and do them every other day after class. But something still bothers me, my hamstrings. They are so tight compared to the other dancers in my class that it is almost embarrassing. When standing, I can touch my toes but that's about it. I try to do my stretches every day but it is hard and I only make very little progress. Do you have any tips for me and my tight hamstrings? I would appreciate that very much. Lots of love!

hello, my name is jana, i love you verrry much, ,i love ballet since i was a child but i never did it because i did not have a chance, , but now iam watching all your videos and i like it verrry much, ,iam 14 years old now can i start ballet ??is my age appropriate to get flexable ??i do alot of exercises every day to get splits there is a little change but i cannot do splits ....what should i DO ??please tell me ..and can you tell me how long it take to do that ...how old were you when you started ballet???
