Removes the advantages, doesn't remove the disadvantages. Congratulations, now you have a bulky 2 piece strap.
And it feels flimsy with full nato, not single pass. With single pass you can tighten it more than regular nato. All the pros of this zero strap are made up for marketing.

The entire purpose of a NATO strap is to keep your watch even if a pin breaks.

I really don’t understand why people are still so mad about this strap. Its ok to prefer nato straps. I prefer them as well. But where is the harm in offering an alternative?

This is how you convince people to keep cutting nato straps

At that point why not just use a conventional strap?

This seems like a cool idea, but $35 for one strap???

I bought 4 nato straps on Amazon for $15 and they look great, have held up with a LOT of wear time, still look like new.

I’m certain yours are better. Maybe twice as good, maybe three times as good, but I can’t imagine they are 10x better or more valuable.

4 nato straps on Amazon = $15

4 of your straps = $140!?!?!

How can you patent something that already existed for years?

What kind of BS is this here? 🤨
Before the NATO strap was invented, there was the RAF strap invented. As the Name says, it was for the Royal Air Force. This is also the strap, Connery got on his Rolex in the first Movies.
The strap here in the video is also simply an RAF strap but worn incorrectly. I see this video for the first time and I am shocked what kind of Nonsens is talked about in the internet over and over again, just to make money.

so, cutting the extra strap is better than buying this.

I see nothing but downside with the “zero pass”.

No one will want to cut NATO straps....that is the coolest and most reliable straps

There are a lot of NATOs that you just can't get in a single pass so I cut them to convert into single pass. If anything, since the watch sets lower on your wrist, it seems to make the watch more stable IMO. They don't cost any more so who really cares?

That seems like a terrible idea. Not a good trade off. Just nonsense. Why would they patent this.

Cool .. BUT.
I don't want the bulk on my wrists side. I want it underneath.

From what i can see, the Zero Pass Strap also does not allow for that.

Or just put the second pass under your wrist instead of under your watch.

Or just get a two piece strap made of the same material that’ll look the same but won’t have any material under the watch.

The new sifustrap is a patented single-pass, 3 ring strap. It solves all issues.

This seams like it’s putting a lot of pressure on the pins. The whole reason I like a nato strap is the security it offers. It doesn’t feel bulky to me, but I also don’t have 15mm tall 150 gram watches on either.

If you want a single-pass strap, buy one! Seriously, people are cutting down NATO straps?? That's like buying a slow, Economy hatch-back model; then ripping out the backseats and pretending they now have a fast sporty hatch. *-_-*

Nah man, extra thickness under the watch is a beauty of nato strap
