Forgot to mention, we don't eat the skin but whether you do or not is up to you. The flesh will fall off the skin anyhow.

My husband is Australian and there's nothing wrong with merging cultures, if anything it opens minds and makes people more adventurous and accepting! I think it's wonderful you two found each other.
