1. 1:14 Parkinson’s Law; shorter study sessions eg 2hours instead of a whole day or 10hrs
2. 1:34 Parkinson’s Law; think how much time you need and half it, then try to study none stop in that time frame.
3. 2:45 dont write aesthetic notes. not effective instead use ACTIVE RECALL, go through past paper exams.
4. 3:24 if you don’t have past paper exams do this: create as many questions as you can from class notes. you can use AI, chatgpt to help you make questions and slideshows
5. 3:55 gamify your studying ; use quizlett. aim for 100% on all questions like a gáme.
6. 4:25 learn how to focus; turn distractions into rewards. eg. once done studying you can watch 30mins of youtube (2hrs studying = 30min reward)
7. 5:15 clean your room, keep it organised this will help you focus. also make it smell good, eg diffuser.
