"The 👑GREATEST MAN in HISTORY"

had no servants, yet they called Him Master. Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He did not live in a castle, yet they called Him Lord, He ruled no nations, yet they called Him King, He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today!

"His name is JESUS❤"

Jesus Christ approves the old testament in the New Testament scriptures. Since Jesus Christ accepted it, that's one reason I accept it too.

This dude was super respectful in full clip. He disagrees with Cliffe and is an atheist but is quiet when his questions are being answered and respectful in his counter points. He even defends Cliffe right to be there and supportive of the whole eeason why he was there to debate in the first place when someone rudley mocks Cliffe

The story of Noah is historical.

"As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man."

Matthew 24:37

One day in eternity, in the presence of God, I don’t think He will chastise me for taking the Bible too seriously or taking it too literally.

In the beginning, God was there and I wasn't.

I've never heard that Gen 1 is poetry, but nonetheless God created two people, the Bible calls them Adam and Eve. Literally after Eve was created, Adam called her "bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh" and the next verse says "Therefore a man will leave his father's house and be united to his wife and the TWO shall become one flesh". Jesus in the NT reiterated this as God's standard for unions. He most certainly won't demand we follow a poem, therefore He believed they were Adam and Eve, and this is God ordained unions.

I don’t know why people think that because something is written in poetic form it cannot be historical. Plenty of poetry is written that is also historical. Even if it includes simile, metaphor and symbolism, it can still be historically accurate.

Genesis is not a poem. There is a prolog explanation of creation, followed by a genealogy report, followed by the account of noahs life.

The same Jesus who was born in Bethlehem referened Adam and Eve when asked about divorce. He did not mention them by name, but he clearly referenced their creation, their humanity, the duality of gender, and the divine institution of marriage. He even quoted directly from Genesis 2.

I sometimes wonder why we don't have historical records of our entire history. I think it was purposely forgotten, lost, unknown, or scattered so that we must have faith while we are here. If God didn't want us to be saved by faith He could make Himself known very directly immediately.

A lot of people like to push aside Adam and Eve because they consider it embarrassing. And they think it’s the most ridiculous thing imaginable. That we came from a single man and single woman. Number 1 it’s extremely important for the Christian Faith and Number 2 no great deal of evidence, that the way we see the human race today genetically, is best understood as having originated from a single man and a single woman in the not so distant past. So does it matter? It’s incredibly important because the whole gospel message is about Jesus dying to redeem us from “The Fall”. The reality of The Fall is fundamental to understanding why there is pain and death and suffering and evil in the world. The Fall is in the context of Adam and Eve. But If they are mythical then the Fall is mythical. Therefore the reason for the cross is nothing but a story. The authors of the scripture knew that. All authors of the New Testament acknowledge the reality of Adam and Eve, including Jesus. Jesus is the last Adam. So sin entered the world through the first Adam, redemption entered the world through Jesus. And through the last Adam will come a new creation. Where there will be no death, no tears, and no suffering. So our hope in Heaven is rooted firmly in the reality of the first creation and in Adam and Eve. What is the greatest objection to Christianity? How can a good God allow evil, right? But where do you think evil comes from? The only people who can answer where evil, pain, death and suffering comes from are people who actually read the Bible and believe it. Because the Bible clearly says that God didn’t create death or sin, but that these came from Satan. So if we are going to shake our fists, make sure it’s at the actual author of evil and death. Not God, but Satan. So it’s really important we acknowledge Adam and Eve.

You can see how the enemy works in twisting the minds of many people, but the followers of Jesus christ, our Lord, and Savior. Make them see the truth and understand how the word of God within is never false.

One of the gospels lists a genealogy from Adam to Jesus. If you believe the Bible, then you believe that Adam existed.

Even if Adam and Eve were not literal, Noah has evidence from every language and every culture to support it. There's also literal burned sands and sunken Egyptian cheriots where the pillar of fire came down and the sea was split during the Exodus of Moses.
