Oil for Deep Frying ( I use Canola Oil and Vegetable Oil usually)
Seasoning Salt

You got the right size cutter! 7 total ribs with a 3/8" wave. I just got mine and it makes a perfect fry. The Börner XXL WAVE-WAFFLE cutter.
