Love the waffle fries from the likes of Chick-fil-A? You know those Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, are they one slice of potato of mashed? Well, debate aside, they are nostalgic and just good fun. Have you ever tried to make them at home yourself? Well, you should cause they aren’t difficult at all. I the Bento Buster use Ethan Chlebowski’s waffle fries method to make some awesome waffle fries at home. If I can do it, you can too! Just follow the easy steps. I used the Bernese BORNER PL thick cut potato waffle slicer to cut out my fries - the link is listed below. It proved to be the perfect tool to cut out chunky waffle cut fries in seconds, and they were awesome!
Ingredients:

180 degrees C is ~350 degrees F (not 275, as stated in the video). Ideal temp range for frying is 350—375 F.

If you try this at 275 F, you will fail.

Waffle fries are great fresh out of the fryer. Everytime we go Chick-fil-a, none of our fries makes it home!

I wholly disagree with what you say in a New Zealand accent and will contend to the death for your right to say it. (Voltaire)
