My broken ankle is wearing a Medical boot.

The tech who took my cast off and put me in a boot was just like this tech, so rough and regardless for keeping my ankle stable. It hurts when they are tugging a pulling on the velcro straps. Every person who casted me and helped me with my boot said they never had a broken bone before. I let them know of freaking hurts and to be more gentle. Ridiculous I'm still pissed at this stupidity.

I had worse....A grade 3 complete tearing of 2 ankle ligaments which required me to sleep in my Pneumatic Cam walking boot for 4 to 6 months

I just fractured my ankle last week and man it sucks so bad. Mine is like that but shorter, finally going to the orthopedist after already having two doctor visits, idk what they’re gonna do since we already know it’s broken and I have a boot Andd I have crutches already😐
But does anyone know how to clean the cloth? I can’t find anything on/and if I can clean it, it’s getting on my nerves.
