I quit my last job because I was fed up of doing above minimum for the exact same pay and treatment as other employees. I saw that no matter the efforts I put in I wouldn't be rewarded which made me feel like not caring or trying any more at work. The system is shallow.. the masses are very smart people most possess degrees they aren't using. I often ask them why go to school to learn so much about a single topic and share none of that knowledge with anyone or place any of it into use... doesn't make sense. I get the common reply to get a job... another thing I picked up on was the lack of economic and monetary education in adults. They really do not understand money but i think it stems more from the lack of eagerness to learn. Its like when you hear someone complain and you give them a solution they usually don't take it. They won't admit it but they don't want your solution they just want pity or for you to join in and share on their negative vibrations. Its why I don't talk much anymore 20 years young I've learned these two lessons. Don't talk about it do it ( don't go around talking about this idea or what you got planned or what you gonna do just do it because if you wind up not doing it nobody knows any different ) and second talk little listen more ( just don't talk or give basic responses doesn't make you rude or unkind, just keep it moving. whatever you have to say to the cashier doesn't matter her day and your day won't change because you complement him or ask how his day is your gonna go home to your reality and he or she will be in there's. maybe I'm wrong maybe I'm right all i know is my beliefs and beliefs are simply lies that (be) exist in our minds
