How To Lube Your Walking Belt & Deck THE RIGHT WAY!!!

Please make sure treadmill is off or unplugged before applying lubricant.

How much to apply:
This is ultimately dependent on the frequency of use of the machine but a typical rule of thumb is 2-3oz of water based lubricant every 3 months or so. If you are frequently on the machine for an extended period of time, maybe check it every two to 3 weeks.

Thanks a lot for your videos on treadmills! I bought my first treadmill recently and the manual was atrocious. It doesn't explain HOW to do anything, it just says "lubricate every 2-6 months" without describing how, how much lubricant to use, how to loosen/tighten the belt, how much usage is considered "frequent", etc., and how to maintain/protect the whole thing in general. Your videos are such a great help!
