How to oil the treadmill

This is incorrect. Loosen the belt until there is enough slack to apply the oil across the width of the platform. Just one line of oil, approximately 10ml, is enough and will last around 600 hours of operation.

Just got the treadmill. It came with 2 bottles, each with 20ml of oil. This video just says "put a lot in it"... Does that mean use one entire bottle the first time? 10ml on each side? 5ml on each side? It also says you have to maintain it every 3 months (or every 2 weeks) if you use it a lot, so presumably you have some oil left for maintenance?.... HELP

How in the world do you get it oiled, I did all that, I tighten the screws at the very back of treadmill, it keeps bubbling up on me

That’s not even how to properly lubricate a treadmill lol. You must spam the WIDTH of the belt. Not the length. Simply walking on it after applying the oil spreads it from the from to the back of the belt. Oh, and hmmm.

Can you please explain how to program P1 to P12 speed? Because I can only change the time, but not the speed for these settings. It is very confusing.
