I have noticed on new construction, that no1 is installing mimi split systems or even mini split condensers types with air handler on inside of house. What you guys think? Why are there no new construction houses with these systems?

There is no way that mini splits work better. I have a mini split and they only cool a individual room or area, which means that you have to close all doors! Who wants to live with all doors closed?

A little more costly? That's a under statement! Having mini splits throughout a hone cost at least 3 times more than a traditional HVAC unit. Stop lying to people
