It is important to know that there is an option to adjust the drift. To use brakes instead of accelerator to drift. Check it out in settings

1. while you can use the accelerator release as your drift start there is also a second option (use brake) in the menus
3. you may get more parts unlocked with rep but without the money you cannot buy upgrades or nice body parts, alternate between the two after 2 to 6 races :)
5. gas stations are probably more important that safe houses, especially if you drive like a drunken 5yr old with a knack for offroad shenanigans.. its unlimited during the day BUT you can only repairs a few times at night... unless you buy yourself a repair pack as your auxiliary item
6. Theres a ton of trees and objects that wont move out of your way like a stack of paper plates, over the course of the game you will learn which of these wont move for you and hopefully learn to avoid them in time! :D
8. DO NOT START LOOKING for all of the collectibles until you unlock the 'flamingos' !!!!

The rhino is nothing compared to the big tow truck that pops out of nowhere when you’re going 200 MPH

For the new players. Prioritize day races until you have enough bank to buy upgrades after doing night races. Works better and a little faster imo

I really like that smaller obstructions like trees, street lights, and barricades can usually be driven through

One thing to note is that you can use some of the parts you've purchased on different cars after you uninstall the parts from your previous car. That way you don't have to keep selling then buying parts again and again.

READ!!! Another new thing! Maybe it's me a noob in this but ai noticed that you can unequip parts from other cars that you have already purchased and equip them from car to car without having to buy them to every single car!!!

They should have made the racing similar to Midnight Club 3 where u could take shortcuts and it was totally open world

U can remove upgrades off of old cars and install them onto new cars. I had a lot of pro+ upgrades on my Audi. When i got my Porsche i swapped the upgrades and my Porsche was much better than my Audi was with the same upgrades
