5:23 very well said Jo. I did defenses before heroes, and went to th 10 with lvl 19 heroes. That's where I understood the true value of your heroes. I could only get the heroes to lvl 35 before th 11 and i finally maxed them out last week. Take Jo's word for it.... Concentrate on heroes at th 9

Currently going through th9 with my 5 builders allotted like this.

2 on heroes, nonstop except for cwl
2 on buildings nonstop
1 on traps/resource buildings

B/c the builder on traps/resource building never has an upgrade go more than a day, you can use that time to empty storages into walls.

When I reached TH8, I started a new account to progress as quickly through the game as possible, get the 5 builders quickly, without rushing by using my past experience and correcting all the mistakes I made along the way on my first account. Now my main base is a max TH9 and the second account is a completely Max TH8 and will be a TH9 today evening. It shows me how much time I wasted in my first account. I am so excited to try out his techniques for new TH9s in that account.
BTW I totally agree with him about the upgrade priority of offences and heroes first. I learnt it the hard way. I upgraded all my defenses to max on my main account but my heroes are only lvl 26(AQ) and 23(BK)

WOW! I got to TH9 3 weeks ago after not playing in 8 months. Had a max 8 and I’ve been GRINDING following exactly what you did in your f2p series. You literally dropped this video while I was watching your old th9. CRAZY! should waited a month lol. Please do too attack strats cause I don’t have a ton on lab upgrades

i started my new coc account for about 3 or 4 months ago... now im th9 and still upgrading my buildings... this video has helped me what to prioritize. thanks! and the clan i am in rn is the old local clan that my mom and her friends have been on for years, we dont do clan wars anymore since majority of our members dont play the game anymore due to the boredom or it. tho playing it on my own and having access to my moms th 12 base with high level troops for my clan castle is a big help for my own bases development.
