I skipped ahead in the 31-day challenge because I am fighting a cold and felt the need for rest. Question: what should I do when I am in some still, restful posture and I suddenly feel a strong urge to move my body? I understand from my study of trauma in the body that sometimes sitting still and closing the eyes can bring up feelings in the body. I'm just unsure what the best response is. Thank you for this beautiful practice. 🙏❤️
