First option is not detecting my phone. Second option is also not detecting my phone. iPhone customer care said - iPhone isn't a device where you can copy your photos from phone to computer.

i have more than 1000 pics in my iphone and only 7 showed up with the first option. This did not work at all

As soon as I plug my iPhone into my PC, a pop up comes up asking me if I'd like to import my photos. I think that's easy enough.

or you can just go to this pc, right click on the device and click on the import button. that's how I use to do it

me plug in my phone to pc then myno notification shows up so i go on my pc hit import and it says theres a problem so i hit more info but nothing happends so i go to downloads and open apple iphone storage and it says folders empty so this video only shows whats suppose to happend and not what isnt supposed to happen and how to fix it.

Cnet folks, you obviously don't understand the meaning of "moving": Moving does not only mean transfer, but also deletion on its initial place which does not work. What you describe is copying, not moving. Moving however, is what most users need to avoid a cluttered device...
