Yes, Titan has lakes and rivers, but they are mainly ethane and methane. It is far too cold on titan's surface for liquid water. However, a subsurface ocean of ammonia Rich water is nothing to laugh at. The liquid methane does bring up the possibility of life based on alternative solvents.

My idea: drop a giant spacecraft full of different organisms that are able to survive the oceans and then just leave it. If we're the only life in universe it could be a last ditch effort to preserve some sort of life if earth dies or something.
